Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Shipping Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 hours by our team (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orthopedic Corner ensures deliveries to the following regions: USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

For every order placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation, including your order tracking number.

During peak periods (such as Christmas and year-end holidays), order preparation may take up to 96 hours, or 4 business days.

The choice of carrier and the price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, product availability, total order amount, and the shipping country.

SHIPPING METHODS

  • Home Delivery: 7 to 12 business days.

Some orders may be associated with multiple suppliers, and items will be shipped separately.

SHIPPING FEES

The shipping cost for an order under $50 is $3.90. If your order is over $50, shipping is free. Orthopedic Corner reserves the right to modify these costs for a short period or to cancel them. This modification does not require prior notification to the customers of the site.

Under no circumstances can a third party claim a refund of the shipping fees in place at the time of purchase. Information about shipping fees is indicated at any time in the upper part of any page of the site, as well as at the order confirmation stage.

RETURN POLICY

Return Period:

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Condition of Items:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Return Procedure:

To make a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer. Contact us first at contact@orthopedic-corner.com to receive return instructions.

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@orthopedic-corner.com.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a refund or exchange. Please email us at contact@orthopedic-corner.com with proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at contact@orthopedic-corner.com.

Return Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Options:

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial purchase.

Steps for Returning Items:

  2. Send the product to the provided address at your expense. Ensure that the item is in its original packaging.
  3. Wait for confirmation of receipt of your return from our support team, which will be communicated to you by email.
  4. After inspecting the returned item, our support team will confirm the processing of your refund.

Time to Receive Exchanged Items:

The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

Advice:

If you are returning an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
