Return & Refund Policy

 

Return Period:
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards cannot be returned.

Return Procedure:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first at contact@orthopedic-corner.com to receive return instructions.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@orthopedic-corner.com.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a refund or exchange. Email us at contact@orthopedic-corner.com with proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, email us at contact@orthopedic-corner.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Options:
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

2. Send the product to the provided address at your expense. Ensure the item is in its original packaging.
3. Wait for confirmation of receipt of your return from our support, which will be communicated via email.
4. After the returned item is inspected, our support will confirm the processing of your refund.

The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

Tip:
If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
